Ultimate strength and hypertrophy program

This 16 week program will allow you to develop strength and muscle mass like you’ve never seen before. With 3 to 4 workouts per week, this program will take you through 3 different training methods.

In phase 1, the method used will be the agonistic tri-series, meaning that you will perform 3 exercises in a row of the same muscle group.

In phase 2, you will use the Drop-Sets method which will bring you to muscle failure 2 times within the same series.

In phase 3, it will be a method of super-series in double station thus 2 exercises of the same muscular group carried out one after the other.

Finally, in phase 4, strength will be in the spotlight with 5 descending series of the same movement to maximize the load used in each series.
